Active zinc oxide T10 is a light yellow or white powder manufactured using a wet process. It features a large specific surface area, high activity, high environmental friendliness, small particle size, easy dispersion, and low heavy metal content. During rubber processing, it exhibits a high reaction rate, efficiently reducing zinc oxide residue in vulcanized rubber products. It improves the thermal conductivity of rubber, resulting in more thorough vulcanization, excellent aging resistance, and extended rubber lifespan. Its high activity leads to faster vulcanization, tighter cross-linking, and better physical and mechanical properties of the finished product, thus improving rubber quality.
Active zinc oxide T10 can be used in rubber shoe soles, molding, extrusion products, transparent rubber products, automotive rubber parts, balls, as an activator in rubber foaming, and as a feed additive.
Packaging and transportation of active zinc oxide T10: 50 bags are packed into a pallet, with each pallet weighing 1000 kg net. Each container can hold 20 pallets, with a net weight of 20 tons.
