Active Zinc Oxide D10 is a light yellow powder manufactured using a wet process. It features a large specific surface area, high activity, high environmental friendliness, small particle size, easy dispersion, and low heavy metal content. In rubber processing, it can replace ordinary 99.7% zinc oxide and significantly reduce the residual zinc oxide content in rubber products after vulcanization, allowing for appropriate dosage reduction. Its high activity results in faster vulcanization, tighter cross-linking, better physical and mechanical properties of the finished product, and improved rubber quality. Furthermore, activated zinc oxide D10 increases the reaction rate between zinc oxide and rubber, improving efficient utilization, enhancing the thermal conductivity of rubber, resulting in more thorough vulcanization, excellent aging resistance, and extended rubber service life.

Packaging and Transportation of Active Zinc Oxide D10: Packed in 20 kg bags, 50 bags per pallet, with a net weight of 1000 kg per pallet. Each container can hold 20 pallets, with a net weight of 20 tons.
